Looking for a friendly happy house share...

Hello, I'm Emma, searching for a lovely double room to call home. Bristol's been my home for over 4 years. I have a great community of friends, like to immerse myself in arty stuff, culture, nature, cycling, and when the sun is out paddleboarding and road trips are my happy places.

I work as an NHS Social Prescriber in South Bristol and advocating for vulnerable adults is my passion. Needless to say, social justice, activism, and generally raging against capitalism and colonialism spill into my spare time too 😝. Would love to find housemates that share the same values, but equally know how to channel those vibes into healthy positive action, energetic conversations, sarcasm, tomfoolery and a big ol' dose of love and respect for each other.

Whilst these days I can get pretty wild with all but two drinks, I much prefer the party stays away from where I live, so looking for a chilled, calm space, where people respect each others essential need for tranquility and sleep. I love cats, eat vegetarian food, own a bike and a car, and would bloody love a garden. I have all my own bedroom furniture, so need an unfurnished room. I'm also familiar with using hoovers, cleaning surfaces and holding safe and supportive spaces for housemates for those inevitable tough times that we go through in life.

Oh budget!! Erm... £700? I pay much less now. But austerity and unregulated markets seems to mean those on the lowest incomes have to pay more for a roof over their head.
