Single Professional women looking for a room

Hi my name is zara, I am 36 years old and I am looking for a modern house-share. Ideally newly refurbished or new build.
Looking for a double room with ensuite ideally but not end of the world if it isn’t.
I work full time and work shifts for transport for London as am enforcement officer against antisocial behaviour and workplace violence against station staff. Prior to this I was a prison officer for 2 and half years. I can provide work reference and also my past occupations personal reference also.
I get free oyster travel-so need to be near zones covered by oyster so ideally looking for areas Romford, Harold hill, Brentwood, Chadwell Heath, goodmayes, Hornchurch etc.
I like to keep fit and very house proud and clean and tidy person as like to come home after a long and mostly challenging day and not have to deal with a messy house so would love to live with someone the same so we can share the chores of keeping the place tidy.
I do not smoke and don’t mind sharing with a smoker if can respect that I don’t and not smoke in communal areas. I drink occasionally but only when I go out for special occasions.
I would like to share where there is no issues for my partner to stay over now and then.
