Moving into a lovely house in Woodhouse

I'm about to exchange on a house at the Ridge side of Woodhouse and will be looking for a housemate.

I'll be exchanging contracts in 2 weeks, so won't have photos of the interior 'til then, so am looking for potential buddy-ups.

There's 1 double room available, a shared living room and separate kitchen and diner and also a small office. It's a lovely home that's been lived in by a young family who've taken great care of it! There's a garden on 3 sides and currently a driveway available for parking.

I have a lovely, energetic Sproodle, so being a dog-lover is a must!

I work in the arts and usually work Monday - Friday (occasional weekends) and tend to go into the office most days. I've lots of friends and family nearby - I tend to be quite active and out the house lots and happy to include anyone in that as much/little as you'd like!

Hobbies include: gigs, theatre, park runs, climbing, hosting friends, book club, swimming, attempting to garden!
