Seeking a clean, tidy and quiet home

Hello!

I'm from London originally. I have been travelling for the past couple of years and am now eager to get settled back home.

I would like to find a room in a clean, tidy and quiet home for 3 to 6 months initially with a possibility to extend if both parties wish to.

A qualified primary teacher, I am planning to do something else once settled. Probably a community-driven role.

I am a very respectful tenant and would like to live with similar sharers eg quiet, clean, tidy, respectful of the home environment and space etc.

Currently booked into temp accom in Newcastle, I would like to set up viewings and find a new home as soon as possible. Hopefully in the next few days.

If Tyne and Wear, I would like to be within 20 minutes walk of a Tyne and Wear metro station. It would be great to meet and view via video chat before travelling for an in-person viewing.

If Northumberland or Scotland, I will need to arrange everything via Whatsapp video (which can be done!) In these regions, I would need to be in a town with good public transport.

**I will not send any personal documents or contracts online. I was disturbed when asked this last time I searched. I would like to meet the owner and sign in person. This is the sensible thing to do in an era of scams and fraud! :-)
