1 Bed Flat or Studio to Rent Bills Incl

Hi there. I’m looking for a budget 1 bed flat to rent (long term) with bills incl if possible or a good size studio with separate kitchen.... or a room in a 2 bed flat.

As a housekeeper I can guarantee I will
look after the place best possible way. As a hardworking woman I might say I won’t spend much time in the flat and the bills will be less than the average.

I work long hours in White City and Nothing Hill, so the location is important, I need to stay close to work. Don’t offer East and South lLondon ocated rooms please.

Non smoker. No pets. No benefits. Very clean, tidy and organized. Best tenant you can ever have.
