ISO long-term flatshare w/ the right mix of people

I am looking for a room for September 1st at the latest with some flexibility on dates... In general, I'd like to live with people who are close to my age, with realistic ideas about how a flatmate relationship should look, i. e., a healthy balance between being friendly and respecting boundaries / one another's differences.

I only really need a space to be reasonably tidy and chill, and for the people living there to be considerate and conscientious... I am a community organiser / activist, as well as a writer, so I like to keep a good balance between social engagement and time alone.

I love to be social when I feel up to it, and enjoy cooking with others, visiting chill venues for nights out, and shopping / doing errands with flatmates when the vibe is right. I've lived in collective houses and guardianships before, and would like to find something that feels like a long-term community :)
