Looking for a cosy double

Hello!

I’m Dan, a 32-year-old creative working in advertising. I’m currently at Budweiser but have been knocking about at ad agencies for the past few years. I go into the office 3 or 4 times a week then so the typical hybrid kind of set up.

I have been in London for about 8 years so have plenty of mates down here, and go out quite a few times a week (I won’t be in hanging around the flat every night!).

I love running (done a couple of marathons), music, gigs, eating out, going to the pub, reading, writing, museums, art, fashion, TV and trying new things.

What I’m looking for is a nice, cosy double room in maybe a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom house. Anywhere in Hackney, Bethnal Green, Homerton, or even Highbury in the north or Peckham in the south.

My budget limit is probably like £1,300 - would obviously like to keep costs down where possible but I do want to live somewhere that feels homely.

I’d love to live with someone who is clean, respectful and generally up for a laugh when we do see each other. Think it’s really nice to watch TV and have a cuppa with the person you’re living with so definitely looking for that!
