Hey, I'm 32 professional and looking for a very quiet and easy bus route to centre preferably in the East Bristol. Would be great to have a green space and some little cafes / shops nearby too, community vibes.

Looking for a homely place with easy off road parking/ easy on road parking. Also well heated in winter, decent insulation is a priority. Not more than one flight of steps yp to flat for accessibility. Nice and quiet so set back from a main road or bedroom out the back and in a chilled calm block of people.

I work in Youth Work, wellbeing and social action projects 🙌🏽 Hybrid working.
