Genuine guy looking for a place to call home

Hi ,I'm a  36 professional male looking for a flat/house share or room . I would love to be able to call the place home and not jus be "the guy that rents the room ". I'm friendly outgoing and happy to have a conversation but also get that people want their space sometimes (me included) I have been in st leonards since december and am employed down here as well, previously lived in Royal Tunbridge Wells , I am a qualified FA coach , coached children and adults for the 6 years only stopped due to coming to st leonards , I do have two small people in my life but would not be expecting them to stay etc as my parents live down here so we would spend time/ stay with them when they visit

Idealy would like en -suite but happy to share bathroom as long as you  are clean and tidy , can't be dealing with dirty bathrooms

I love to cook and bake and always easier to cook for 2 or more than it is  for one .

I used to perfome in musical theater , around Europe and local productions , not found anything this way yet but may get the bug again

Not 100 % sure what my future plans are so would want to start with just 12 months but deffinately potential for v long term if it all works
