33m looking for quiet house share in Liverpool

Hi I'm Miles, I'm 33 and have been in Liverpool for about 3 years. I'm looking for a double room in the city with a budget of £450 PCM.

I'm looking for a calm, quiet place to live, ideally without too many housemates and with sufficient bathrooms/kitchens. I've lived in and around south Liverpool so far and would prefer to stay in the area as I'm familiar with it now. If possible, I would like to be able to bring my own bed with me as I'm quite tall and have a custom made longer bed.

I'm a quiet but friendly person. My hobbies mainly revolve around gaming (video and dungeons and dragons) but I also enjoy TV and sometimes movies. I like shared spaces in a house to be kept reasonably tidy and I clean up after myself. I'm also capable of basic troubleshooting of appliances (i. e. repressurising boilers with the filling loop, manually draining washing machines and clearing the filter etc.) which has come in handy quite a lot.

I'm currently unemployed and looking for work, but I'm more than capable of managing within my budget.
