Accommodation for student/professional

Hi,
a gentle note: I am a reader and love to have a nice, spacious study table for adults and a reasonably comfortable chair, unlimited internet, and a warm room which is a must for me. I do not care much about other comforts like TV, bed etc. Location: within 2.5 miles of NG7 2UH (Queen Medical Centre, University of Nottingham)
A room on the ground floor is preferred.
