Down to Earth Contractor Looking For Accommodation

I am currently considering a short term contract in Milton Keynes, probably up to seven weeks, and so I am looking for temporary, short term, reasonably priced room or accommodation pref on-suite but not essential.
I am also prepared to rent a static home, even a caravan in someones back garden if the price was right.
The contract is likely to start around the 29th Jan, or within a few days of that the following week. I would be working nights from 4pm to 3am in the morning.
I am an easy going, liberal, amiable fella with a good sense of humour that normally enables me to get along with just about anyone. I like to keep my own home in Manchester clean and tidy and I have lodgers of my own so I am empathetic with a landlords concerns.
In a nutshell I am down to earth and I intend getting my head down to complete this contract.
