Female professional seeks Oakham room mid June

Hi, I am a freshly graduated mature student, just finished my degree at the University of Hertfordshire.

I recently accepted a permanent job offer in Oakham, Rutland, and am searching for a room in Oakham or any nearby surrounding areas. The job starts on July 1st so I am looking to secure a room before then, preferably by mid-June.

I'm easy going, artistic, have a sense of humour and am friendly, but I'm also quiet and relaxed. I am clean, tidy and organised, and would ideally like to live with other professionals of any age in a relaxed, clean and quiet house.

I am able to pay deposit and first month's rent up front at any time.
