Looking for short term let in Brighton from Jan

Hi I'm Rafaelle, 30, working professional, currently looking for a short term let in Brighton from January onwards. :)

I work for a national environmental charity that has one of its offices in Brighton so would love to come stay in the city for a few months on a temporary basis, with a view to maybe moving to the city permanently - so looking at short term lets/ sub lets of between 1-3 months at the moment, budget ideally max £700 pcm bills included.

A bit about me: I work 5 days a week and will be working from the Brighton office so will be out of the house most days. In my free time I love meeting new people, heading out to comedy and music nights, watching films, going to cafes with a book, and going for runs and walks. I'm very adaptable to the vibe of a houseshare, always nice to be with a friendly bunch who can have a chat in the kitchen but equally I'm very independent, focused on my own things and enjoy my own space, so happy to match the mood of the house. I always aim to be tidy, quiet and considerate of housemates. I'm vegan so looking for tolerant and open-minded housemates. :)
