Looking for social house in/around Didsbury

Hi, I'm Rick, thanks for taking the time to read my profile.

I'm looking for a double bed in a house with sociable people. I'm pretty easy to please but added bonuses would be a big garden (love to BBQ), large lounge, a driveway and an ensuite.

I'd like to move to south Manchester and with it being a new stomping ground for me I'd prefer to live with a sociable house. I generally get along with everyone having worked a broad range of jobs in my life, played many sports and done a fair bit of traveling.

I am a property developer and so don't work the normal 9 to 5, but more as and when needed. I'm clean, tidy and enjoy making people happy/laugh, but also respect people want their own space too.
