1 Bed Flat or flatshare

Hi, I’m Miguel — a 43-year-old data consultant looking for either a one-bedroom flat or a calm flatshare with one other person. I’m aiming to move from July (flexible on dates for the right place).

I’ve lived in London for 21 years, including 18 years in Wapping, and have a strong track record as a reliable, long-term tenant. I’ve had an excellent relationship with my current landlord for 16 years, never missed a rent payment, and can provide references.

Outside of work, I enjoy music, art exhibitions, cinema, and exploring different parts of London. At home, I value a quiet, clean, and relaxed environment.

I’m tidy, considerate, and easy to live with, and I’m looking for a similar mindset in a home.
