Seeking a 2 bed flat/house for 2 professionals

Hello!

We're Jake and Jazmine, two friends/colleagues. We work for a content marketing agency in Central London, mainly remote, but frequently travel in to the city as and when needed.

We are 29 and 27 respectively, and we're looking to move to the London area. Jake is moving from Wokingham, and Jazmine is moving from Leeds. We're both tidy, quiet and clean. We like our peace to work or relax, we don't smoke, not looking to have any parties or gatherings, but are keen to move near the city for work and socialising opportunities. As Jake has a car, we do also need somewhere that has parking in some form, either a dedicated space or on street parking, free or permit.

We'd love to find somewhere we can rent, preferably short term but happy to extend if the situation works for us and the landlord, or open to longer term rents for the right home/budget.

Also potentially open to house or flat sharing with others for the right property/budget/area.
