Room wanted

I require just a room, and just a microwave and a pan to cook with, a bed to sleep in even if it's your converted shed outside. I can provide my own things. Looking for a room/bedsit/shed/annex/

I am very quiet, clean & tidy and always clean up after myself.
I am 53 years old, currently staying in Southbourne with my elderly father as their carer for the moment but a care plan is now in place.
I am currently not working due to ill health, but have volunteered for many charities in the past few years and my last position was Book Shop Volunteer Manager for a shop in Southbourne, sadly it is now closed down. I will not be indoors all the time, i do go visit family, and go for walks, i am looking for a part time job, and in the meantime i study online.
I would get Rent from Universal Credit and they pay up to £550 and I would pay the rest. I have been a carer for my father for z few years now, and there's only a reference from him that I could offer.

I require bus routes please and in the areas i have highlighted.
I do not drive. **I cannot afford to pay a deposit**

We can chat/meet and you will see I'm a good, trustworthy person.
I can help out with house/work etc too if needed. Any areas within BH area's but i would locate to other area's if need to.
