Engineer looking for quiet space

I'm an engineer for Rolls Royce looking for a quiet space close-ish to Rolls-Royce. Close being no more than an hours drive.

I would only be around Mon-Thursday as I own another house in Scotland I stay in at weekends.

I’m very quiet, I like peace, extremely clean and tidy, and in the evenings I am often out running or in the gym.

Happy to provide long standing references from employer and current house share landlord as required. Iv been in my current digs for about 6 years but it’s time for a change.

Ideally the property has a parking space and an en-suite.
