Double Room Flat Share Wanted!

I’m Katie, 32, working in fashion design in London. I’ve been based in Wimbledon Park for the past 18 months and love this side of the city – big fan of a good coffee spot, a long walk, or trying somewhere new for dinner.

At home, I’m clean, respectful and really value creating a space that feels calm, cosy and genuinely nice to be in. I’m the kind of person who keeps on top of things, gets stuck in, and loves to make a place feel like home.

I’m social and love an evening out with a glass of wine, girl dinners, and a good catch up, but equally very happy with a chilled evening on the sofa after a busy day binge watching something awful! Balance is key!

I’m pretty independent but also really value a friendly, easy house dynamic – I’d love to live with people who are up for a chat, occasional hangouts, and making the house feel warm and welcoming, especially heading into summer ☀️✨
