In need for short-term acommodation

I have just graduated from the university I am currently looking for a room that accepts non-students. I am a clean, tidy and calm person who does not cause any problems.

I will only be staying in Lancaster until 1st January and am looking to move in anytime from the 1st of August so only short-term lets would be suitable!
