Looking for a friendly home!

Hi! I'm Rachel, a (very young) 31 year old returning to London after travelling / living in Melbourne for the past year (how original). I'm looking for a new place to call home in North/East London (ideal locations would be London Fields, Hackey, De Beauvoir, Islington), or lovely housemates to buddy up with and look for a place together.

I'm a sociable and friendly person and it's very important for me to live in a friendly house with likeminded, chill people I can be pals with, ideally girls around my age (but open to mixed houses too - gays get in touch!). I’m pretty lowkey during the week but love keeping busy with some of the many loves of my life… reading, raves, reformer, wine, dinners, festivals, the PUB, documentaries, meditation, art, film, music, fashion, Netflix, nights in, nights out etc etc! I'm a tidy and respectful housemate with over 10 yrs experience house-sharing :)

I'm staying with my friend atm so can be pretty flexible-ish with dates :)

£1,100 would be my max budget, but willing to fork out for an incredible place
