Double room for 2 brothers or 2 singles-1200pm

Hi ,
I'm Marius, a full-time professional aged 37 and I'm looking for a large double room with 2 beds for me and my brother or 2 single rooms as close as possible to Tesco Distribution Center, the place where we work. We are tidy and clean people, don't like too much noise in the house after a day of work, and respect privacy of others. We would like our housemates to be the same. We don't smoke or have pets.
We have been living with a live-in landlady fo 9 years now .You can get references from her or from our job in case you need.
