⚫Seeking -
A sole tenancy in a very quiet, bright and well maintained 1 or 2 bedroom property. Furnished or unfurnished are both considered, ideally a double or king size bed in at least one of the rooms plus a built in bath and/or shower will be appreciated.
⚫Property Locations -
Must be a very quiet property in an area with quiet neighbours. A house or a bungalow would be good but decent flats are also very welcome. Any rural or west end areas would be desirable.
(I am not limited to the areas listed here in my advert, and willing to consider looking in other areas. Please contact me if you might be able to help).
⚫References -
Landlord and employment references are on file and copies are available for you to read. Please let me know and I will provide them. Bank statements are also available should they be needed.
⚫Deposit & Rent -
Deposit can be paid either up front or at point of move alongside the first month's advance rent when signing tenancy.
