⚫Seeking -
My own sole tenancy in a very quiet, bright and well maintained 1 or 2 bed property. Furnished or unfurnished are both considered, but it would be nice just to have a quiet and peaceful place to call home.

⚫Property Locations -
A quiet property in an area with quiet nice neighbours. A house, bungalow, decent flats or private door annexes are all very welcome.

(I am not limited to the areas listed here in my advert, and willing to consider looking in other areas. Please contact me if you might have a nice property and be able to help).

⚫References -
Landlord, employment and character references are all on file and copies are available for you to read, just ask and I will happily provide them 🙂

⚫Deposit & Rent -
Deposit can be paid either up front or at point of move alongside the first month's advance rent.
