Looking for double room near the sea

Hello! Im looking for a large double (or smaller double plus office space) in a quiet but sociable house-share, preferably close to the seafront and either around the Brighton/Hove border or in Kemptown.

I’m gay, originally Canadian but have lived in London for a decade and then Brighton the past 15 years and am a British citizen. Ideally looking for something long term - I was in my previous home for 14 years, until our landlord died and the house was put on the market last spring. This new place hasn’t worked out like I hoped so I’m looking for something quieter, nearer the sea and homelier.

I work from home doing both freelance writing and editing, in addition to my permanent job as a content editor on a major charity’s website. Reasonably tidy and easy to get along with - I've lived in flatshares most of my adult life, and quite a few of my best friends are former flatmates.

I love dogs, so a home with a dog would be wonderful!
