I am looking for double room in share.

I am looking for double room (or larger single )with some space to study in as well as sleep ,in a share or as lodger( subject to mutual agreement )North London-ish /SWLondon. From experience, I should be up-front that I'm looking for sharers /co-residents who can *clean up after themselves* promptly (like me) and contribute to keeping home fairly clean and tidy, including shared spaces. That way we can relax and cook etc without stress. I work fully and study part time so *party households would not suit* (I am pretty quiet) either of us.
*A non smoking(inside) house please.*
An awareness of standard home security essential , e. g. closing windows and doors when no one home( yes some folk think thieves avoid homes where “ we’ve never had a problem “ ). Budget is slightly negotiable depending on situation.
Apologies if this sounds difficult I just want to be clear about mutual respect and responsibilities .
