PhD student looking to rent in Proff./student acc.

I'm a Ph. D. student and about to finish my course. I have a very interesting situation at the moment. I am currently looking for a short-term let but may be happy in the coming days to extend it to an academic year.
In addition, I like to clean (so I can clean the kitchen shelves over the weekend), occasional partying and I believe I'm pretty easy-going and have my own Netflix subscription (open to the idea of occasional Netflix marathons ;)
