37 Female with Tiny dog 🐕

Hi! I'm Dee, I'm 37 I'm a professional spare roomer as I move with work around the Northwest working in different areas of my industry.. I've lived all over the Northwest between Liverpool and Manchester staying in places between 6 months to 2 1/2 years.

Non smoker, non drinker/drugs. No bad habits, military style discipline. I have never missed rent or a deadline.

Experienced for the last 9 1/2 years on spare room and can provide references for previous shares/rentals, employment references and upfront rent, security deposits etc.

Never buddied up but interested in giving it a whirl.

I have lived in houses, annexes, summer houses, vans, flats, spare rooms you name it, I'm laid back with my arrangements. Peaceful and quiet, very clean and tidy, I appreciate others spaces and treat others property like my own.

I do have a very small 11 year old Chihuahua who's absolutely fantastic, not yappy, fully house trained and doesn't chew, she prefers to nap :) she's good with laid back dogs, tortoises and cats and has lived with many others pets.

I do own a small sports car and two small motorbikes.

I do have a male partner who owns his own house. I do not have any family, I'm a orphan so only one visitor.

I do work as a doorman on the weekends which does involve Friday and Saturday nights and I would be getting in early wee hours of the morning. I'm a shift worker but never had any issues with cohabitation as I'm like a sneaky cat coming home.
