Charity worker in insurance looking for quiet home

I am in my mid 40s and work in the Charity sector for a group of Charities in West London, looking after their insurance within their legal services team, and managing their utilities and advising on procurement and purchasing.

The company I was renting from has gone out of business, and the head landlord wants vacant possession of the property.

This is an opportunity to perhaps move closer to work.

We practice hybrid working, so space to work from home would be very useful.

I am quiet and reserved, and enjoy listening to music, singing with my choir, and reading across a range of subjects, often history or science.

While I like to relax at home of an evening, I also get out sometimes to the theatre/ballet/concerts, or activities with my choir occasionally.

I often do quick meals ( stir fry style a regular), but slower cooks like chilli or Bolognese also make an appearance.
