Professional seeking nice flat near the University

Hello there :) I am a professional seeking a nice flat/house within a 30 minute walking distance/commuting distance from the Universities.

My budget is £750 total (including bills and council tax). Would like to move end of July, early August.

I am bisexual so would need to live with somebody who is nice and tolerant about that sort of thing. I am not vegan or veggie however.

I would prefer to live with a non-smoker and I'm not used to pets.

I am very clean and tidy and I will buy my fair share of communal items. Reliable with paying rent and bills- can get references if you need!

I can be very sociable but I also enjoy being on my own. I currently work 3 days a week on campus and 2 days a week at home so I'd be around a bit. I enjoy going to comedy and music gigs, pub, cinema, bookshops etc. I love playing video games and watching films
