Double Room wanted for single professional

I am a 31 year old female living and working in the Chelmsford area. I am looking to get back to some independence after to having to move back to my family home for a little while.
Currently in the middle of a career change (from hospitality to yoga teaching) so my schedule is a little inconsistent and I'm often popping in and out but I can probably swing you a free coffee or pastry every now and then!

I am quite introverted and pretty quiet - I spend a lot of time studying, planning classes or working out - but I promise I'm friendly too!
I appreciate a tidy space and flipping love cleaning - hope this helps.
