Room wanted near Devoran

I am looking to relocate to Falmouth area from sometime in June/July 2021. I work freelance offshore, generally for weeks at a time with equal number of weeks at home which gives me some freedom of movement and the chance to pursue my interests.

I am quite keen on acrobatics and calisthenics fitness and am looking to move nearer to Devoran as there is an amazing training space there (Sequoia Movement, if you're interested) and I would like to focus my practice some more and because Cornwall is lovely :)

My requirements are fairly basic, a bedroom with some space for stretching but I would be thrilled to share a house with a dog or two.

I am very clean and tidy (I won't leave washing up until the morning as an example) and, as I have always house shared, am considerate of housemates and neighbours.
