Hello, I am an IT professional (PhD in Engineering Geology) urgently looking for a 6 months accommodation or more in South Edinburgh, Penicuick, Roslin or surroundings.
I am looking exclusively for a good ensuite room or a studio flat, max 1300 GBP per months (bills and wifi included)
I can provide full references: UK bank account (Bank of Scotland), reference letters from 8 previous British Landlords, deposit, 6 months work contract with the research institute where I'll be working.
I'm available to pay deposit plus 3 months rent in advance
Ps: I have a PhD but achieved many years ago, I'm not a student anymore.
