Seeking affordable double room

Hello there! :)

After living in London for quite some time and living in shared accommodation. I have reached a stage where I am looking for a bigger room, ideally with more space for work/self study and looking for more space to store all my things that I have accumulated throughout the years!

From my experience in sharing, I am seeking a double room with ensuite if possible (though not essential as will consider multiple bathrooms and toilets per household too) and all bills inclusive for water, electricity, wifi and council tax. Close to public transport links e. g tube, bus or train via easy walking distance as this is quite important. I prefer smaller household of about minimum 3-5 housemates. I do NOT want to live in a household with 6-10 bedrooms with shared bathroom. I would like my potential housemates to be sociable and open to make potential friendships as well as just a housemate, as I have previously lived in accommodation where everyone keeps to themselves. May I also mention, NO LIVE IN landlord, must be LIVE OUT landlord, NO family households, NO religious households and NO ROOMSHARES. Agencies are welcome.

A bit about myself, I like to travel, practice photography, learning languages, interest in learning coding, fashion/textiles, making things because I am quite creative and going on long walks.
