Looking for a place where people put attention and care in their living space and are creative about it! It’s not about keeping it picture perfect and tidy but creating a beautiful environment you can enjoy spending time in

I think a shared house needs a good balance between being able to spend your days alone in your thoughts and barging into your housemates room at any odd hour to sit on their floor and chat about anything and everything (consensually of course) or borrow those green earrings you have been eyeing, as you are getting ready for your friends wedding

I am looking for a place where I can put an effort into creating the environment that is pleasant to gaze upon- where the geometrical shapes and colours bring me joy as I am drinking my cup of good quality coffee with some fine chocolates and a nice book .. or a questionable youtube drama video - because I am here for it. However, don’t want a place to be perfectly clean and better not reach out to me if you are very tidy. I think a place needs to be lived in- and within reason you can leave a little mess around after a long day or some dishes in the sink after a dinner with friends over, as long as you are reasonable and clean. If you can only do less some days - do a little extra on the days you are up for it.

I am half Lithuanian half Russian and I have lived in UK for 12 years. I keep too many Asian sauces in my fridge, really like folding laundry, but often forget to take it out (do shamelessly remind me. I believe in a honest and straightforward approach to household communications) I think it is very heart-breaking how many places no longer have baths these days, and if we don’t- I will complain about it every time I see someone taking a bath on TV…

I might spoil your cat if you have one, my current housemates cat now calls upon us everytime he wants to drink from a tap- I am pretty sure he thinks it’s his own personal water fountain…. I like to believe it brings him more joy than his bowl. But of course your pet your rules.

Looking for initial 3 months contract but planning to rent long term- always good to keep an option in a hopefully unlikely case where it just does not work for someone. People who are willing to commit to living with a stranger for longer periods after meeting them once/twice - explain yourselves , you are a mystery to me
