Looking for a new home

Hey,

So about us, we are two friends - Amy and Fraser, 32 and 33z

Amy: I am a 33 year old professional looking to stay in South London. I am currently living in Balham, iv been a Londoner since 25, so well established home here.

I’m having to move as my landlord is taking back the flat I’m in. Myself and Fraser are friends who lived with each other previously and he is also wanting to move. So we are looking together. I’m available from 16th Jan, but could do a couple weeks earlier if need be

I enjoy everything London has to offer and I like to go out to explore, dine out and enjoy the bars. I love films, running, gym, books, festivals, Netflix, trashy tv and doing fun activities.

I’m clean and tidy, respectful.
I am looking for a home with like minded individuals who want to socialise, have a laugh and enjoy quality time watching Netflix in the living area. I am also sociable with my friends and my job can be busy.

I work as a Supervising Social Worker and have the flexibility to work from home... I am handy for signing for parcels.

Fraser is 32 and loves bike riding and works for a live event company. He is kind and thoughtful and we both love a film night and pub trip. Fraser loves a pub quiz
