Interested in a pied-a-terre

I have spent the last 4 years building a recycling company in Kenya, I am coming back west for around a year to make a few connections, like a phd program and potentially an investor. I will continue working remotely back to Kenya and may travel around europe a bit for meetings and conferences. Belfast because I know the place well.
