28 years old professional. Looking for a double

My name is Tomas Restrepo Garces, I'm from Colombia, South America. I am 28 years old, I studied social communication and journalism with a master's degree in Arts Management from Bath Spa University.

I am moving to the United Kingdom in September to work on Start-up business sponsored by Bath Spa University during two years. I will be self-employed and I will be working part time as well.

Looking for a room (preferably double) in a friendly and tidy house. My budget is up to £500 pcm including bills.

I'm looking to move in September, aiming to find a long term period rent.

I am easy going, I love music and meditation, as well as gardening. I am extremely tidy but not OCD. Do not like partying that much, I prefer relaxed evenings, having a nice conversation or watching a movie. I am very social but I do like to have my space as well.

I like hanging out, going for walks and hiking; I like animals (so wouldn't mind properties with pets). I enjoy cycling and doing exercise. I really appreciate nature spots and areas of outstanding beauty, so if properties are close to parks, woods or trails, it would be a plus but not a need.
