I am looking for a modern apartment with a gym, plenty of light/big windows, good essentials, close to central, close to the train/efficient access to the airport.

I am open to buddying up, but I prefer to live with a professional female to balance out the feng shui in the house. My last flatmate (Jem - I am happy to provide her as a reference) and I lived together for two years and absolutely clicked; developing a forever friendship. Having a fun and peaceful vibe in the house is essential.

I love my sports (F1, Football, Golf, and MMA) and am glad to try my hand at other people's interests and hobbies. I also have a giant TV for the living space, which is handy on cinema nights.

(Dog friends) There is also the odd chance that one of my best friend's dogs, Coco, stays on a rare occasion. He and I are close, and if she ever needs someone to look after him, I usually take the responsibility; I added some photos for reference so you know who he is.
