Marigold and Cosmos

Hello, I am Marigold, I’m 40 and I’m a full time Personal Trainer working in Islington. I’m originally from NZ and have been living in my current home in E9 for the past 12 years and in the wider area for 6/7 years beyond that.

Sadly my landlord's health has declined so he now needs to sell the house and as i dont have the £800,000 needed to buy it (mates rates) I need to find a new place to live. I do come as a package deal with my cat-daughter Cosmos and we would like to ideally live with one other person in a clean happy home with a rear garden (mainly for her to sun herself).

I am an employed PT and I work ‘full time’ but my hours are anything but 9-5 M-F, I work when others don't so I’m often home during the day. My hobbies include napping and lying down, I travel fairly regularly and my sister and her kids live in Manchester so I do that journey every month or so.

Since I've been in my home for some time I do have furniture etc, but I'm looking forward to having a good clear out but I can bring things if needed. I have my own bed etc so would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.

My non-negotiables are a non-smoking/vaping home and somewhere that will love on Cosmos. As I travel regularly, my new housemate will need to be okay with feeding her and giving her a little love. She has lived with other cats before so if you also have a cat then she can adapt to a housemate.

Annoyingly, I ride a bike daily so I do have a bike to store. I know that they are clunky and annoying when you're not riding them. I also have a fairly comprehensive home gym set up so… if you fancy a home guy then no problem.

I am like a houseplant, I am very clean and tidy, while my job requires a lot of energy, I am very low energy at home and do all my socialising out of the house (my mates are married with kids so the socialising is pretty sparse these days).

I am looking to move by mid May.
