Looking for a place to call a home

Hellooo, my name's Matt. I'm a 31 year old professional working as a Digital Strategy Director for a Marketing Agency. I'm working with a budget of around £1250 p/m.

I'm looking for a double room to let with one other person. Ideally someone who wants a housemate who is a friend first, but also can give each other space if needed I. e keen to hang out or have drinks/dinner and get to know eachother, but similarly won't be storming in at 3am every week with Bob and Sharon who they've just met on Camden High Street...

I'm happy to share with people from all genders, walks of life and lifestyles.

I've been in London over 8 years, and have a good social life, but also like meeting new people and having evenings in watching Netflix. I'm also clean, respectful and fully house trained (thanks Mum).

Priority for me is to find chill people who want live a happy life - and a nice place would be great. Keen on either a buddy up or to slot in into an existing house/flat.
