Hi my name is Patrick and I need a room from the 1st October 2016, therefore please update me with availabilities, I am looking to pay anything up to ?300 PCM, all inclusive if possible.

I work full time, am quiet yet sociable by nature, approachable and accommodating, always happy with a very good sense of humour, I get along and respect people from both genders and from most types of backgrounds (please ask if you need more clarity) in addition to all ethnicities and religions.

I am not averse to the odd party night by a housemate, however I do value peace, furthermore I can assure you that my lifestyle is not obtrusive towards others.

Hygiene and cleanliness is a must, therefore I will always request a viewing beforehand.
