27, looking for sociable house/flat share in Hove

I'm a easy-going friendly bisexual male with a great sense of humour, looking for more of a home than a ‘professional house share’, so no agents please! . I'm clean and tidy and don't mind doing my share of the chores. Ideally, I'm looking for a double room in a house/flat large enough to fit in my music composing gear (don't worry I use headphones if any noise complaints!). Also would love garden/terrace if poss! I'm looking to live with other like-minded, sociable people similar to me I suppose - who actually want to share a home..... Ideally, people who sometimes eat together/watch Netflix etc , or maybe go down the pub or see a band. I work full-time at the BSUH hospital, so want to be in Hove.
