En-suite room / annex wanted in Edinburgh

Hi all!

My name is Angelo, and I'm originally from Rome, Italy and I've been a UK resident since 2013.

I currently am staying in a big double bedroom, with no rush to leave, however I would like to eventually move to an en-suite room or small independent annex/guesthouse/studio in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Location requirement: must have car parking (on/off street), and have close links to city center via bus/tram.

Room requirements: double bed (ideally), wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk (or enough space for one) and storage space (under bed for example).

Very respectful of other people's properties and privacy. I'm quiet and super tidy/clean, although very sociable as well. My hobbies include cars, video-gaming, photography, listening to music.

As I have temporary accommodation sorted for now, I'm / will be looking for long term, at least 6 months. If all is well I may even end up staying for 1 year + if possible.
