Hi, I have just recently secured a new job in Leeds and as such require a place to live before the January 1st start date, it would be good to find somewhere and be settled before this however.

My only requirements really are that it is reasonably quiet and is not more than a 20 minute commute to the station preferably close'ish to a sports centre.

I am a nice friendly, well travelled young at heart male who has been told is a considerate housemate. When I am a bit more settled I will be looking to buy in the future.
