Professional Male seeks clean room in quiet house

I'm a professional male looking for a clean room to rent for a few months (6-18), while I save for house deposit, hence this advert.
I'm looking for a room within a commutable distance from Blackburn Junction 6 (M65)
Ideally not on a busy road. I need somewhere to park my car (garage for car not required).
Ideally I'm looking for a double or twin room.
I'm very tidy, respectful and quiet. I work long hours and the remainder of the time I tend to dance to go do outdoorsy stuff (climbing, walking, sailing, canoeing etc).
I'm a positive person and don't watch television, preferring meditation, dancing or outdoors activities.
I'm house trained, easy going and have excellent references :)
I have a girlfriend who has her own house near Manchester and I have a son who's at university down South. Occasionally I would like either of these to stay over night (in my room), especially if we are heading into the hills early the next day.
I have a house trained indoor/outdoor bengal cat (doesn't molt. lovely temperament. See video). I DON'T need a cat flap. I also have a pet snake who lives in her vivarium (in my room).
At weekends I run a Facebook group called WeekendAdventures and most weekends are spent in the Lakes or North Wales. Ideally I'd like a house with an extra storage area/room/garage I can use for storage (my outdoor equipment).
Most nights I spend away with my girlfriend so only expecting to spend 1-2 nights a week in your home.
