Description
Hey, I’m 32 and work as a digital content manager at Global Street Art. My work revolves around film production, post-production, photography, and editing, things I’m really passionate about. I also enjoy working on personal and freelance projects when I have the time. My typical work hours are 9 to 6, Monday to Friday, mostly from the office in Shoreditch, though I can work from home a couple of days a week if needed.
I’m looking for a home that strikes a good balance between being relaxed and sociable. I enjoy chatting and sharing ideas and experiences with flatmates, especially those who are creative and open-minded. That said, I’m just as comfortable having quiet time to myself. Outside of work, I’m into gigs, theatre, museums, and exhibitions, but I also love staying in and catching up on TV and films.
I’m tidy and appreciate a clean, organised space where I can properly unwind after a long day. I’m drawn to homes that feel warm and inviting, with touches like indoor plants, cosy lighting, and comfortable furnishings. I’m looking for a room that’s unfurnished, as I have most of my own belongings to furnish the bedroom, and can contribute some other small pieces to communal areas if desired.
Cooking is something I enjoy, but with my busy schedule, I tend to keep it quick and healthy. I don’t have any dietary restrictions, and while I don’t have pets, I’d be happy to live in a home with them. I don’t smoke but am open to living with smokers as long as it’s kept to ventilated areas or social occasions.
My budget is £800 plus bills, and I need to give roughly two months notice at my current place before moving. If you’re looking for a flatmate who’s considerate, creative, and values a mix of socialising and personal space, I’d love to hear from you!
