Professional seeking for a creative open home

Hi! I’m Max, 28, an actor and creative mostly working out of the house. I’m now looking for a friendly, relaxed place to call home in Clapham, Balham, Lewisham, Forest Hill, Archway, Walthamstow, or Leyton. But open to other suggestions.

I’m clean, considerate, and easy to live with. I’m often out for work or rehearsals, so I’m not home 24/7, but I love coming back to a warm, welcoming space. Love a communal meal and the odd catch up down at the local pub.

* Budget: £700–£850 (excluding bills)
* Room: Double (ensuite is a bonus but not essential)
* Move-in: Flexible but after 1st of March
* Vibe: Friendly, tidy household — people who enjoy a chat, the odd meal or board game night, but also respect space
* Housemates: Professionals , ideally creatives but open to all good humans.

Outside of work, I’m into:

* Exploring cafés, pubs and top food spots in London.

I don’t bring the party home, I’m reliable with rent, and I like to keep shared spaces clean without being intense about it.
