I am looking for a double room with en-suite (essential)
on a high floor (no-one living above me) in a clean and quiet household. I work full time remotely as a credit analyst for a software company. I'm open to moving almost anywhere in the UK as I am also a photographer who specialises in landscapes, architecture, feats of engineering, and wildlife. I am a single male with no baggage.
The household in question needs to be a quiet environment at night as I am a light sleeper (normal household noise during the day is to be expected), with the available room having no-one residing above me (heavy footsteps above me during the night would wake me).
Strictly, no house shares with students or party animals.
I have travelled extensively throughout the world.
I am also a clean & courteous lodger who is happy to pick up groceries for others when on a shopping run.
The house must have a garden area to chill out in summer evenings.
I am also a keen cinema goer and a regular at my local gym.
I am currently residing in Smallfield in Surrey but wish to relocate.
The bed must be a double as I am 6'2".
Superfast broadband is also important as I work from home Mon-Fri.
I do speak other languages but am not fluent (work in progress).
