Seeking double room in a houseshare or buddyup

I'm looking to relocate back to London as soon as possible having moved out during the pandemic, and as I'm doing the long commute into London. I work as a civil servant in Westminster and will be looking to work from home 1-2 days a week.

I'm very easy going and clean, and would like to join a social houseshare with flatmates who I can become friends with and that would be up for doing stuff together occasionally - but equally respectful of privacy and personal space. In my spare time I like to see friends left in the city that didn't marry off to the countryside (queue the violin...), meet new people, get to know different parts of London, try new places to eat, join some sports and fun activities, and have the odd dinner party, the standard stuff! If you like, you can also be my guinea pig as I attempt my - we will see how questionable ;) - culinary skills at some Middle Eastern recipes.

I'm also open to buddying up, preferably within the age ranges of 26-35.

My max budget is £1300 including all bills. I'm not tied into any other contracts currently so can be available immediately.
